V-Max Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing VMAX for your car and vehicle cleaning needs. We are committed to providing products that meet your expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at

tom@v-max.com.au. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and downloadable software products.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
